What we do

  • Measure customer price sensitivity using trade-off analysis (e.g. Choice-Based Conjoint, BPTO) or direct response techniques (e.g. Gabor Granger) as appropriate to the complexity of the client's required pricing solution in terms of purchase choice analytics and modelling of competitor dynamics
  • Build interactive market simulation models that generate price elasticity curves, map switching behaviour and predict which price points are optimal for client volume, revenue and margin
  • Develop or refine customer propositions through conjoint analysis of the trade-offs between price on one hand and combinations of other features, including brand, product and service
