  • Provide recommendations for directional strategy (which segments to target? in what order of priority?) based on an evaluation of relative segment attractiveness, size and accessibility
  • Design winning offers based on segment-differentiated value propositions up to a point at which they are usable as a framework for initiatives and resource allocation across client functions
